Effects of KNK437 on Giardia proliferation. Giardia trophozoite counting showed that KNK437 affected Giardia proliferation in a dose-dependent manner (25 μM, 50 μM, 75 μM, 100 μM, 125 μM and 150 μM) after incubating at 37 °C for 18 h, with three replicates of each concentration. PBS and DMSO (KNK437 solvent) were set as controls. Results were expressed as mean ± SD from three separate experiments. ns no significant difference, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001
