Cytokine production by re-stimulated draining lymph node cells from L. amazonensis-infected wild type (WT) and gp91phox−/− mice. Draining lymph node cells were cultured and re-stimulated with 50 μg/ml of L. amazonensis antigen. After 72 h, the supernatants were harvested and used to quantify cytokines by ELISA. a, b, c and d represent the IFN-γ, IL-10, IL-17A and IL-1β secretion by draining lymph node cells, respectively. The results were expressed by mean ± SD, n = 5, *P < 0.05 between WT and gp91phox−/− mice
