Inhibitory effects of Combretum mucronatum leaf extract (CMLE) and levamisole (LVM, 1 mM; positive control) on the larval migration of exsheathed infective third-stage larvae of ruminant gastrointestinal nematodes after 48 h. Negative control represents RPMI 1640 containing 1% DMSO. Results are the means of three independent experiments, each performed in four technical replicates. Dotted lines indicate the IC50 and IC90.
