Summary statistics are based on 15 microsatellite loci, both for (a) recently collected tsetse specimens and (b) flies collected for previous studies. N – number of individuals analyzed. Mean across all loci of AR – allelic richness, H_O – observed heterozygosity, H_E – expected heterozygosity and F_IS – inbreeding coefficient. AR, H_O, H_E and F_IS are reported for the dry and the wet season separately (seasonal), and for both seasons (total).
