Lanes 1–15 represent T. gondii Type I (GTI, RH, TgPNY, S10), Type II (PRU, QHO, PTG, JSEM1), Type III (CTG) strains and other strains (TgCatBr5, MAS, TgC7, PYS and ZC), respectively.
