B: ML of concatenated ribosomal markers ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 and 28S again shows two B. columnaris groups, which separate from B. procyonis, although to a lesser extent, due to the number of G-A repeats (9, 7 and 6) as most important difference (see also Table 4).
