  1. Each year, the new intake of Standard 1 pupils in the 10 schools (Kiomoni, Mafuriko, Marungu, Kirare, Mapojoni, Pongwe, Kigandini, Maweni, Ziwani and Kange) was examined. Results from earlier surveys were given in [17],[18].
