  1. Mosquitoes were injected at doses ranging from 104-101 PFU/mosquito of EILV. Whole mosquitoes were analyzed post-injection and 7 dpi at each dose via plaques assays. N = 5 for each time point. *Samples were below the limit of detection (101 PFU/mosquito) for the plaque assay.
