Nasal immunization induces antigen-specific SIgA responses in mucosal washes. Detection of SIgA in (A) nasal, (B) vesical and (C) intestinal washes from immunized mice by ELISA. Washes were obtained from six mice of each group 14 days after the last immunization. The results are expressed as the means of the OD492 value and standard deviation of the samples. a vs. b, P < 0.05; c vs. d, P <0.01.
