    There are two errors along the article:

    - The 1st error is at Page 6 at the beginning of the paragraph "Mosquito collection and feeding preference indices in the field". The error concerns the numbers of mosquito specimens belonging to different mosquito species identified from the 259 blood-fed females. Specifically, the correct numbers are: Cx. pipiens (188), Anopheles maculipennis complex (39), Aedes albopictus (11) and Ochlerotatus caspius (21).

    - The 2nd error is at Page 9 within Table 1 and concerns N values (2nd and 3rd columns) for House sparrow (last row). Specifically, N are not 54 (odour) and 35 (control) as reported but the correct values are 35 (for the odour column) and 19 (for the control column). Percentages and statistics are instead correct.
