Mean percentage mortality of Anopheles funestus strains 24 h post-exposure to C8910. FANG (insecticide susceptible) and FUMOZ-R (pyrethroid resistant) colonies as well as ZamF (wild caught) samples were exposed to C8910-treated bottles in accordance with the CDC bottle bioassay protocol. C8910 exposure lasted 2 h, after which, the mosquitoes were removed and placed in non-treated holding containers. Mortality was recorded 24 h after the initial exposure began. Three replicates were completed per dose per strain. Only one replicate of ZamF was achieved at 350 μl/ml a.i bottle
