Multiple alignments were performed using Mega 5.0 with bootstrap analysis. Branches corresponding to partitions reproduced in less than 50 % of the bootstrap replicates are collapsed [57]. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) is shown next to the branches. The tree was drawn to scale, with branch lengths representing the evolutionary distances used to infer the phylogenetic tree
