  1. PFK activity was measured at pH = 7.4, 1 mM F6P at low and high ATP concentrations, without (first row) and with added citrate. The assay was conducted at eight different citrate concentrations in the range of 0.25 – 8 mM. Values are means ± SEM of four independent experiments
