rCsHSPs dose-dependently induce cytokine secretion by BMDCs. BMDCs from C57BL/6 mice were cultured for 7 days and then incubated for 22 h with rCsHSP70 or rCsHSP90. Secreted cytokine levels in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA. The results are shown as the mean ± standard error (SEM). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared to PBS-treated group
