Retrospective space-time analysis of clusters indicating high schistosomiasis infection rate using the discrete Poisson model by SaTScan. Seven clusters (one most likely cluster and six likely secondary clusters) were detected in Poyang Lake Region from 2009 to 2014, which meaning a statistically significant both in space and time in these areas. Considering the temporal clustering pattern, five clusters were observed with the time frame from 2009 to 2011 including the most likely cluster as well as two clusters from 2009 to 2010
