Maximum likelihood phylogeny of Rickettsia species detected in fleas from Tsiroanomandidy based on ompB gene. Phylogenetic analysis was performed with 801 bp and 795 fragment of ompB gene of R. felis and R. typhi, respectively, with GTR + G as the best DNA substitution model. Bootstrap values > 80% are presented. The scale bar on the bottom of the tree represents the number of substitutions per site. GenBank accession numbers are provided within brackets
