CT442, CT667 and CT706 correlation between ELISA and array results. Responses to CT442 (a), CT667 (b) and CT706 (c) were retested in 59 arrayed serum using an in-house ELISA. Correlation between ELISA and array results was poor for CT442 (rho 0.26, P = 0.046). Correlation between ELISA and array results for CT667 and CT706 were moderate (rho 0.59 and 0.58, both P < 0.001). A linear model of results from the ELISA and array was used to fit the line (red)
