Impacts of different concentrations of rHc-AK on PBMCs proliferation. Cells were treated with control buffer, pET32a protein and serial concentrations of rHc-AK at 37 °C and 5% CO2. Proliferation test was conducted by CCK-8 incorporation after 72 h. Cell proliferation index was calculated considering the OD450 values in controls as 100%. The data are representative of triplicate experiments (**P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001)
