The relative mRNA expression of the ADO receptors in mice skin. Skin samples from one-time tick-infested and sham BALB/c mice; control group (5 to 9/group) were collected on the 3rd and 7th day (3D and 7D) after infestation and processed for assessment of gene expression of receptors for adenosine by real-time PCR. Data are presented as mean values ± SEM of relative expression of A1 (a), A2a (b), A2b (c), A3v1 (d) and A3v2 (e) mRNA for a target gene normalized for RNA expression of the housekeeping β-actin gene
