The proportion of children who were seropositive for MSP3 and Pfs230. Recombinant MSP3 (a) and Pfs230-C0Ll (b) antigens were used to measure naturally acquired IgG responses in plasma from the children over the four-month study period (February to May 2015) using indirect ELISA. The responses were categorized as positive or negative based on antibody concentrations higher than the negative control (malaria naïve plasma) cutoff of for MSP3 and Pfs230-C0LI, respectively
