Frequency distribution of S. digitata larvae in C. quinquefasciatus head, thorax, or abdomen. Migration of the larvae was monitored at 14 dpi in non-injected, SDNP siRNA-injected, GFP siRNA-injected and buffer-injected mosquitoes. Mosquitoes were dissected into head, thorax and abdomen and larvae in each part was counted. Five replicates were performed for each experiment. Bars represent mean ± SD.
