Phylogenetic relationships among Enterocytozoon bieneusi from wildlife in Korea and isolates with reference sequences in GenBank. Evolutionary relationships were inferred based on internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences using the Maximum Likelihood (ML) method implemented in MEGA7. Branch support on the ML tree was calculated based on 1000 bootstrap replicates. Sequences obtained in this study are marked with diamonds on the tree. In all cases, the branch label includes accession number, followed by genotype name, host animal and country of origin. Abbreviations: KWD, Korean water deer; RD, raccoon dog; LC, leopard cat
