Media analyzed were as follows: 1% DMSO in combination with 56.5 µM DOXY (DMSO + DOXY), 1% DMSO in combination with 3.54 nM IVM and 56.5 µM DOXY (DMSO ± DOXY ± IVM). This histogram shows the average doxycycline concentrations, expressed in mg/l and standard errors calculated from all data collected for three biological replicates
