The geographical distribution of VL cases in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2005 to 2015. The VL infection cases were obtained from CDC, and all the data analyzed in this study were de-identified to protect patient confidentiality. The provincial-level and county-level administrative boundary dataset were downloaded freely from REDCP. The figure was generated specifically for this research using ArcGIS10.2
