Quantification cycle (Cq) values for each PCR are depicted as individual dots and a regression line is shown for each extraction kit. Cq values for the FastDNA™ SPIN Kit for Soil were significantly lower than for the QIAamp® DNA Stool Mini Kit (P < 0.001)
