Binding of rHcMTF-12 protein with goat PBMCs. The cells were incubated with rat sera anti-rHcMTF-12 IgG, negative rat IgG or anti-pET32a protein IgG as the primary antibody followed by Cy3-labeled goat anti-rat IgG as the secondary antibody. Red fluorescence on surface of cells showed target protein staining (Cy3) and cell nuclei were visualized by DAPI (blue). No fluorescence was observed in the PBS control or pET32 control groups.
