Decreased level of cell proliferation by rHcMTF-12 in vitro. Cells were simulated with ConA and treated with control buffer (PBS), pET32a protein and various concentrations of rHcMTF-12 protein for 72 h. A proliferation test was conducted by CCK-8 and values were measured at 450 nm wavelength (OD450) using microplate spectrophotometer. Cell proliferation index was calculated by considering the OD450 values in the controls as 100%. PBMC used for all replicates of distinct treatments in each experimental repetition were derived from the same goat.
