There is no change in IL-25 and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) production in the intestines of infected mice. Female IL-33^−/− and WT BALB/c mice (3 animals per group) were subcutaneously infected with 50 S. mansoni cercariae for 9 weeks and sacrificed at 6 and 9 wpi.
