Fluorescence in situ hybridization of Ae. albopictus ovaries in irradiated females. A 45-Gy dose was applied to 36 ± 4-h-old pupae of SANG and ARwP Ae. albopictus. Ovaries from sample individuals aged 13 ± 1 days were then subjected to FISH analysis and compared with untreated counterparts.
