From: Ornithodoros (Pavlovskyella) ticks associated with a Rickettsia sp. in Pakistan
NJ phylogenetic tree of Ornithodoros spp. was constructed based on the partial cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (cox1) gene. A group formed by the cox1 sequences of Argas persicus and Alveonasus lahorensis was employed as an outgroup. GenBank accession numbers are followed by the species name and collection point.
