Comparative analyses of AaFAS expression in AaFAS1-KD mosquito. Three-day-old adult female mosquitoes were intrathoracically injected with dsRNA derived from AaFAS1 or GFP mRNA sequence (an irrelevant dsRNA control). Mosquitoes were reared on 10% sugar diet for 2 days post-injection.
