A The Myc-tagged SVSP455 (4 μg) and its potential prey protein Flag-tagged HSP60 (4 μg) were individually transfected into HEK293T cells. B Both Myc-tagged SVSP455 (2 μg) and Flag-tagged HSP60 (2 μg) were cotransfected into HEK293T cells.
