This comparison is based on BLASTP results with an expected e-value lower than 1e-30 and greater than 50% coverage of the query. In the case of s17× NandII, 16% of genes are unique for s17 in comparison with NandII, and in the case of NandII× s17, 11% are unique for NandII in comparison with s17. The total number of protein sequences is shown for each ST
