Comparison between the growth titers of GETV in cell culture suspensions and freeze-thawed cell lysates. GETV 12IH26 was used to infect cell monolayers at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 0.01, and the cells and supernatants were harvested at 24-h intervals post-infection.
