For COI, the sequences of P. univalens samples in horses and zebras were divided into three haplotypes (CHU1–CHU3); the Parascaris sp. in donkeys in Liaocheng were divided into five haplotypes (CHS1–CHS5); the sequences of samples in donkeys in Chifeng were divided into three haplotypes (CH1–CH3). For ITS, the sequences of P. univalens were divided into two haplotypes (IHU1 and IHU2); the Parascaris sp. were divided into one haplotype (IHS1); the sequences of samples in donkeys in Chifeng were divided into two haplotypes (IH1 and IH2)
