EgCF caused lower H3K4me3 enrichment and higher KDM5B enrichment at the promoters of inflammatory factors. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed in RAW 264.7 cells treated with EgCF (50% v/v) and LPS (1 μg/ml) for 6 h. qRT-PCR and semi-qPCR were used to detect the enrichment levels of H3K4me3 and KDM5B at TNF-α and IL-6 promoters (A–F). Data are presented as the mean + SEM of three replicates, representing one of three independent experiments and compared using the one-way ANOVA and Tukey test.
