The degree of enrichment was measured by the rich factor, FDR (false discovery rate) value and the number of genes enriched in the pathway. The greater the rich factor was, the greater the degree of enrichment. FDR generally ranges from 0 to 1, and the closer it is to zero, the more significant the enrichment is.
