Replication kinetics of CFAV in the parental Aedes aegypti mosquitoes after IT injection. Four hundred female Ae. aegypti mosquitoes (Menghai strain) were intrathoracically injected with CFAV stock and the viral RNA and rps6 expression on the indicated days were examined by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) (n = 15 on each day).
