For each resistance mutation, the p-values for GLM likelihood ratio tests (see Material and Methods) for the effect of a agricultural land coverage in a 2.5-km radius around the sampling site or b anthropization, i.e. urban + agricultural land coverage, are indicated. For each resistance mutation, the effect tested is based on the PCA results (Fig. 1). P-values are italicized when < 0.05 and bolded when still significant after sequential Bonferroni correction [54]
