Therapeutic effect of TAK-632 on N. caninum infection in mice. BALB/c mice were infected with a dose of 1 × 107 Nc1 tachyzoites by intraperitoneal injection. After 24 h of infection, mice were orally administered corn oil or TAK-632 once daily for 10 consecutive days at the indicated concentrations (six mice per group). Mice were observed for 30 days.
