Activity of prodigiosin against Trypanosoma cruzi epimastigotes of the SN-3 strain and AF1 clone 7. 2 × 106epimastigotes were treated with different concentrations of prodigiosin for 24 h and its viability was evaluated by flow cytometry using propidium iodide.
