Observation of the different macrophage polarization stimulated by Tg-DC-Exo and DC-Exo. a The relative transcription levels of IL-6, iNOS, and TNF-α in the RAW264.7 cells were quantified with qRT-PCR after treatment with 120 µg/ml Tg-DC-Exo or DC-Exo for 24 h, which are represented as the fold change relative to the glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) level (set to 1). b The proinflammatory marker (iNOS) was detected by western blot. Each band densitometric quantitation in b was applied using ImageJ software. Each experiment was carried out three times for statistical analysis. The differences between two or three groups were analyzed with GraphPad Prism (GraphPad Software) or SPSS (version 20) using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA); Tukey’s multiple-group test was used for multiple-group comparisons (***P < 0.001)
